Sharja Shake (Banana Shake)


Ingredients:

Banana - 1 chopped
Frozen Milk broken – ½ Litre
Cocoa Powder/Boost - 1 table spoon
Sugar - 3 table spoon

Preparation:

Take all the ingredients in the large bowl of your mixture grinder. Grind it for 5 minutes at high speed. Serve chilled. It is a healthy and energetic drink that your children love it.
