Chikoo Shake (Sapodilla or Sapota Shake)

Ingredients:

Chikoo - 4 chopped
Frozen Milk broken – ½ Litre
Sugar - 2 table spoon

Preparation:

Take all the ingredients in the large bowl of your mixture grinder. Blend it for 3 minutes at high speed. Serve chilled. It is a healthy and energetic drink that your children love it.
