Chaney or chutney

Chaney or chutney is a South Asian Cuisine. Chaney is made of a mixture of spices, in a base usually common for all. Wikipedia defines chutney as a condiment used in South Asian cuisine that usually contains a mixture of spice(s) and vegetable(s) and/or fruit(s). Chutneys are wet or dry, having a coarse to fine texture. There are several types of chutneys like onion chutney, coconut chutney, mint chutney, tomato chutney, mango chutney, apple chutney, gooseberry chutney …Chutneys are used with Idli, Dosa, Rice, Sandwich, Fries etc.In next few blog posts we will discuss about chutney recipes!
